Early favorites City and United facing tougher test of credentials
LONDON - After a first week in the Premier League that saw reigning champion Chelsea toppled and 31 goals scored, convincing opening victories by both Manchester clubs suggested they could be the teams to chase this term.
The rivals book-end week two, with United at Swansea City in Saturday's lunchtime kickoff and City on Monday hosting an Everton side bolstered by plenty of notable new arrivals this summer.
