Cleveland adding former MVP on one-year veteran's minimum deal

CLEVELAND - For the moment, the Cavaliers have one content, proven point guard.

According to an inside source, free agent Derrick Rose on Monday agreed to sign with Cleveland. The former MVP, who has battled knee injuries, has a one-year contract at the veteran's minimum of $2.1 million, the source told Associated Press on condition of anonymity because the team has not announced the deal.
