Wan leaves E-Capital Transfer; Zhang succeeds

Wan Jianhua, chairman of the board of E-Capital Transfer Co Ltd, has left the post this month. He will be succeeded by Zhang Sining, former director of the Anti-Market Misconduct Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The company, a financial services institute, started operations in January 2015 and was registered in the Shanghai Free Trade Zone. Prior to E-Capital Transfer, Wan served as president of China UnionPay from 2001 to 2007, and built the global network of China's bank cards. In 2010, Wan became the chairman of Guotai Junan Securities. Wan's successor Zhang has worked in the securities supervision in the CSRC, and as director of the Shanghai Securities Regulatory Bureau.
