'Grandpa' Ginobli an inspiration for Spurs

SAN ANTONIO - The Spurs turned to their "grandpa" on Tuesday for the lift their young stars struggled to provide in the previous two games of their Western Conference quarterfinal against the Memphis Grizzlies.

Manu Ginobili, literally, hit the court, providing an early spark that helped carry San Antonio to a 116-103 victory.

Kawhi Leonard had 28 points and the Spurs rebounded from two discouraging road losses to take a 3-2 lead in the series.
