Zeng, ZTE's youngest VP, leaves after 21 years
Zeng Xuezhong, 44, ZTE Corp's youngest executive vice-president, resigned on April 5. He led ZTE's mobile devices business since his appointment to the role in 2014. He focused on the innovation of products and the globalization of sales, human resources and supply chain. Zeng has worked at ZTE for 21 years after graduating from Tsinghua University in 1996. US-based market research company IDC showed sales of ZTE's intelligent mobile phones decreased by 36.5 percent in 2016.
