Nepal PM's pledge on business links

Nepal's Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal pledged to further develop business ties with Chinese companies through the development of the Belt and Road initiative. Nepal plans to build several cross-border connectivity corridors, railways and transmission lines in the coming years, including building new international airports in Bhairahawa, Pokhara and Nijgadh, he said. Chinese cooperation to complete these airport projects will be much anticipated, he said, during a Beijing meeting with Jiang Zengwei, chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade.
