Food Day to focus on ending hunger

World Food Day is on Sunday. The annual event commemorates the founding of the United Nations' Food and Agriculture Organization. While the focus will be on ending global hunger, this year's theme is "Climate is Changing, Food and Agriculture Too". The world's poorest are being hit hardest by climate change, and the UN believes if we strengthen the resilience of small farmers, we can guarantee food security for the planet's growing population and also reduce emissions.
