Village pays parents 'baby bonus'

By Agence France-Presse in Alcoutim, Portugal | China Daily | Updated: 2015-06-12 07:32

Alcoutim, in the southeast of Portugal near the border with Spain, has lost a third of its population over the last 20 years.
