Greener, safer, more harmonious

The 2014 APEC Meeting of Ministers Responsible for Mining released a joint statement addressing the importance of boosting cooperation and innovation, raising the awareness of social responsibility and common development.

According to the statement, there has been fruitful cooperation in a range of fields of mining industry in recent years.

It said that measures should be adpoted to promote an enabling environment for investment and trade facilitation in minerals, metals and related products.
