New guidelines on charity donations
The Ministry of Civil Affairs (MCA) issued new guidelines on the disclosure of information about charitable donations to ensure transparency in the country's philanthropy industry, Beijing News reported.
The ministry hopes the guidelines will protect the public's right to know how donations are used.
