'Customer first' means a reliable supply chain with genuine parts

China has the world's largest auto market and has seen unprecedented growth in recent years, with over 100 million vehicles on China's roads in 2011.

According to latest forecasts, this is expected to slow to single-digit growth by year's end, but, astonishingly, the premium car segment is bucking the trend and still has healthy double-digit growth figures. Premium car demand remains high.

But, customers want more than quality, and expectations for service and reliability are on the rise as well.
