Romance in the air on Valentine's Day at restaurants
Brasserie Flo
Brasserie Flo is the closest thing you can get in Beijing when it comes to experience a romantic candle-lit dinner in Paris. The dining event is similar to those Valentine's couples served at sister brasserie in France, Brasserie Terminus Nord.
Michelin Star Chef Daniel Chambon prepares four-course Valentine's menu. Appetizer: Goose Liver brioche with green apple or fresh shrimp on mango and cilantro aspic. Starter: Terrine of Norwegian smoked salmon or Fresh piquant mushroom soup. Main: Grilled beef tenderloin on maxime potato, sauted snail Burgundy style, red wine onion confit and goose liver sauce, or Roasted Norwegian salmon, gratinated zita pasta with parmesan cheese, spinach, baby carrots and mandarin hers sauce. Dessert: Valentine heart shaped chocolate cake with rhubarb-basil ice cream or caramelized custard cream variations.
