Angry victim detained
A man surnamed Li from Hebei received six months in detention from Fengtai court on Wednesday for beating a thief who had stolen from him, the Beijing Youth Daily reported.
Li caught the thief and beat him, claiming later that the thief had been reluctant to return his things.
