Chan defies the years

For someone who's been in the limelight for nearly three decades, Jackie Chan appears remarkably energetic as he prepares for his May 1 concert at the Beijing National Stadium.

The concert, Descendants of the dragon: Jackie Chan and friends, will feature more than 100 singers from the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan, including Supergirl winner Li Yuchun, Taiwan singer-songwriters Jonathan Lee and Emil Chau, plus Chan's son, actor-singer Jaycee. Singers from quake-stricken areas of Sichuan province have also been invited to perform.

Chan has also invited South Korean singer and actor Rain, whom he met at the Beijing Olympics Closing Ceremony.
