Water Buffalo

Buffalo (水牛石餐厅) is one of the restaurants at Lotus Market that has a great view of the Qianhai Lake. It is also one of the finest decorated eateries along the bank.

At a recent promotional launch, the restaurant revealed its new market strategy, to combine a nostalgic Shanghai style, refined Western cuisine, and a German style pub, to cater to different customers.

Buffalo offers wines from all over the world, while the delicately decorated dishes combine the best of East and West. A Cuban band is performing every evening at the bar. Average spending is around 350 yuan per person at the restaurant section, excluding wine.
