Tennis-mania hits as tickets sold out

SHANGHAI: Hoping to grab a pair of tickets to watch Andy Roddick and his baseball cap battle for the top prize here this weekend? Better plan on watching the games on television.

Tickets to this weekend's Tennis Masters Cup semi-finals on Saturday, as well as for the finals on Sunday are completely sold out, according to Charles Humphrey Smith, managing director of New Sports & Entertainment. The Shanghai-based organizer of the cup said tickets have been sold out for a while.

"We're absolutely sold out for the weekend," Smith said on Friday. "We're getting calls from all around the world."
