How to stay on the TMT fast track

For a glimpse into the minds of the next generation of China's business leaders, look no further than those at the cutting edge - CEOs of young but fast-growing technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) companies.
The issues keeping them awake at night are talent, innovative products and how to respond to a fast-changing marketplace. These factors, crucial for staying on the fast track, were identified in a survey of CEOs of dynamic companies that were included in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 China 2007 program.
With an average growth rate of 1,349 percent over the past three years, the 50 fastest TMT companies face challenges that may also confront executives in other sectors.
