Discuss social life with children, parents told

Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups (HKFYG) has urged parents to pay more attention to their children's social life, after a survey indicated it was their second most important concern.

The federation polled more than 1,000 secondary and primary students last month. While academic performance was a universal concern, meeting new friends and sitting with a classmate they like, were the second most important wish of the students.
