Zhejiang sets good example

Low-income earners play an important role in the energy saving campaign, says a signed article in Nanguo Morning News. The following is an excerpt:
About 60,000 rural families in Lishui and Quzhou of Zhejiang Province received 120,000 energy saving lamps recently. These lamps were given free of charge by the provincial government as part of the energy saving campaign.
A total of 200,000 energy saving lamps will be given to 100,000 low-income families in rural and urban areas of the province.
