New vice-president
The Nielsen Company has appointed Troy Yang as vice-president of its client-consulting sector.
Yang will lead the regional team of key clients and help develop the mainland market in addition to managing bases, one of Nielsen's services in Hong Kong. He joined the company in late 2002.
