Don't dial 110 to relieve boredom
The Guangzhou 110 hotline police are urging local residents to teach their children not to dial 110 unless it's an emergency.
The number of nuisance calls to the local 110 hotline in the Guangdong Province capital increased 10.4 percent over the past week.
