Power links urged at UN meeting
A UN-promoted international meeting of senior experts ending in Hangzhou last Saturday proposed to establish a network of small hydroelectric power stations in Asia and the Pacific in an effort to upgrade the exploitation of the region's rural and regenerative energy.
