PM escapes attack
Gunmen fired on a convoy carrying an ex-rebel leader who recently became prime minister as it left a northern airport on Friday, according to a spokesman for the prime minister's armed group.
Guillaume Soro was not harmed and is now in a safe place, said New Forces spokesman Alain Lobognon.
