The central bank said China's financial stability has improved since last year as its financial reform continues.
But the country still faces a complicated international environment and potential price rise pressure, according to a summary of the central bank's financial stability report posted on its website on Friday.
The report is the third released by the People's Bank of China since 2005. It assesses how sound the nation's financial system is.
