Subsidy for hot weather

For white collar workers, summer's long daytime hours are spent in comfortably air-conditioned offices.

What's more, a large proportion of them, especially government employees, get compensation in one way or another for the sweat they shed when commuting between home and office, or running errands out in the sun.

However, many others, very often the blue collar workers, spend their days working under the full blasting sun, and they are not subsidized for the heat they endure.
