Profitable rights
The central and local finance gained more than 767 billion yuan ($101 billion) through the assignment of land use rights of 232,500 hectares last year, a year-on-year increase of 40 percent and 30 percent respectively, according to a communique of Chinese land resources of the Ministry of Land and Resources.
