Building an ecological paradise

"With the efforts put into improving the ecological system, the zone will create an ecological paradise with green forests and clean waters for the city of Changchun," said Guan Shusen, director of the administrative committee of the Jingyue Economic Development Zone.

The zone is located in the southern part of Changchun, capital city of Northeast China's Jilin Province.
