SHANGHAI: Automobile fans, science teachers, school children and potential car-buyers in this city now have a new venue where they can get answers to almost all their questions on motor vehicles.

The first phase of the 250-million-yuan ($32.05 million) facility will operate as a non-profit organization devoted mainly to auto history and culture, Li said.
