New routine

Veterinarians at the Fuzhou Zoo in Fujian Province succeeded in getting a female giant panda, Qing Qing, and her mate, Tao Tao, to undergo physical examinations without resistance. The new method made it easier to obtain accurate data.

In an examination delivered recently, 5-year-old Qing Qing went through five electrocardiograms without being bound or anaesthetized.
