Villagers build new life after relocation 
A total of 852 poverty-stricken households from across the Xinghai county of Hainan Tibetan autonomous prefecture, Northwest China's Qinghai province, have shaken off poverty after moving from pasture areas with poor infrastructure to the biggest relocation settlement center in the county.
