Dalian Wanda Group Corp, one of China's largest property conglomerates, plans to take two subsidiary companies public this year, according to founder and Chairman Wang Jianlin at the company's annual meeting.

Analysts said that the two companies most likely to be listed this year are Wanda's movie theater chain businesses and its commercial property arm, although Wang didn't disclose further details.

Wanda Cinema Line, China's largest movie theater chain by box office revenue, has been approved by the regulator and is currently in line for the IPO, while its commercial property company is still in the process of preliminary examination.

So far, Dalian has two listed subsidiaries. One is US-based AMC Entertainment Holdings, a movie theater chain; the other is a Hong Kong property company.
