Nuwoe Kellen, a 2026 World Internet Conference (WIC) Global Youth Leader, called for people to pool their resources and expertise so that everyone can take part in the digital age.
In an interview at the 2026 WIC Wuzhen Summit, Kellen, chief of staff and principal budget analyst of the Liberian Legislature, spoke about students in Liberia who are eager to engage with artificial intelligence. With the right guidance, Kellen said, they could build AI models to support small businesses and farmers and help make government services more efficient.
Kellen also urged participants to stay in touch after returning home, keep sharing ideas and work together to put them into practice in ways that meet local needs.
