Returning to the World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit for the 11th time, John Hoffman, chairman and director of GSMA Ltd, highlighted the growing importance of connectivity and openness as the world moves from the internet of things to the internet of agents.
Hoffman said communication has evolved from one-to-one exchanges into forms spanning social interactions and business communication. While the context continues to change, the vision of making the internet more accessible for everyone through global cooperation remains as relevant as ever, he added.
