Roses named after beloved late officials Huang Wenxiu, He Jiaolong go on sale

The commercial launch on Thursday marks the transition of the two varieties from research and public donations to nationwide sales.

Consumers can purchase the roses through the Huawu flower trading app, which has launched a dedicated section featuring dozens of domestically developed rose varieties with independent intellectual property rights. The platform handles quality inspections, packaging, and delivery. Orders placed before 6 pm can be shipped that evening, with flowers arriving as early as the following day or within two days, according to the launch announcement.
