Cambridge Scholars Innovative Academy opens office in Chengdu Hi-Tech Zone
The Cambridge Scholars Innovative Academy, a comprehensive international academic exchange platform based in the United Kingdom, recently opened a new office in the Business & Innovation Center for China-Europe Cooperation (CCEC) in Chengdu Hi-Tech Zone, Sichuan province.
Founded in 2018 in Cambridge, UK, and formerly known as the Cambridge Scholars Club, the CSIA promotes international scholarship and interdisciplinary research through dialogue, learning, and collaboration. The academy has previously established multi-dimensional cooperation with universities, hospitals, industrial institutions, and youth sports organizations in Sichuan, covering academic exchange, talent development, industry collaboration and youth programs.
Local officials said Chengdu Hi-Tech Zone's innovation ecosystem and the CCEC's role as an opening-up window will make it easier for CSIA to connect with local universities, enterprises, industrial parks, and talent service resources. The high-tech zone's demand for industrial innovation will also provide CSIA with a practical platform for research in AI education, medicine and health, and aerospace.
The CCEC International Organizations Hub, now home to CSIA, is a key platform for the high-tech zone to connect with global resources. The hub has so far attracted 18 international organizations and institutions across trade, education, culture, sustainable development, and other fields.
