Anna Belova, international ambassador of the BRICS Council for Foreign Economic and Trade Cooperation, suggested using multilateral cooperation mechanisms to break down information and regulatory barriers, strengthen cross-border data flows, align economic and trade standards, and build a regular platform for international cooperation.

The ceremony also saw a range of cooperation projects signed, covering new materials, cross-border e-commerce and cultural tourism, and the final assembly and export of automotive parts.

Zhang Jianjun, a member of the CICPMC, said the priority would be to industrialize cross-border logistics corridors, advancing projects in new energy, new materials, and deep processing of agricultural and sideline products, and preparing for a China-Kazakhstan business leaders' meeting.

Bolat Usenov, counselor at the Embassy of Kazakhstan in China, said Kazakhstan looks forward to using the Baktu Forum to deepen exchanges between Chinese and Kazakh cultural tourism enterprises, jointly develop premium cross-border tourism routes, improve tourism infrastructure, and expand exchanges in culture, sports, youth, and the arts.
