An international ethnic and traditional culture exchange event featuring China-Russia folk performances was held recently in Beidaihe district of Qinhuangdao, Hebei province, aiming to promote cross-cultural understanding and people-to-people exchanges between the two countries.

More than 2,000 performers from more than 50 regions in China and Russia dressed in colorful traditional costumes, mingled with residents and tourists along the parade route. The Russian folk art showcase featured song, dance, and instrumental performances, offering spectators a visually striking celebration of ethnic culture.

The event served as a cultural bridge, bringing Chinese and Russian art lovers together on the same stage to share their traditions and forge closer ties amid laughter and applause.
