Anti-drug day features public awareness effort

To mark the 39th International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, which falls on Friday, the Jiangbei Compulsory Drug Rehabilitation Center in Chongqing, hosted a series of public events to raise awareness about drug abuse, showcase rehabilitation efforts and engage the community in helping people better reintegrate into their families and society.

The events were a collaborative effort of the Chongqing Drug Rehabilitation Administration, the Chongqing Municipal Committee of the China Association for Promoting Democracy and the Liangjiang New Area Committee of the China Democratic League.
