The Maldives showcased its tourism resources and luxury resort offerings to the Chinese market during a tourism promotion event held in Beijing on Saturday, highlighting growing travel exchanges and cooperation between the two countries.
The event, themed "Encounter the Maldivian Summer, Embark on a Luxury Vacation Journey", was jointly organized by the Maldives embassy in China, Maldives Tourism, the national carrier Maldivian, Beijing Guoce International Conference and Exhibition Center, and Luxury Times magazine.
The event aimed to strengthen tourism partnerships, promote destination awareness and explore new opportunities in the Chinese outbound travel market.
