German travel blogger Melina Weber recently visited Chengjiang Fossil Site Natural History Museum in Yuxi, Yunnan province, and came face-to-face with – an ancient pig's head fossil! It is from a species that appeared after the dinosaurs went extinct.

With its massive skull and features unlike any modern pig, this ancient animal is both fascinating and a little intimidating. What do you think this prehistoric pig looked like when it was alive?
