Cantonese pop legend celebrates tour conclusion with digital album

Cantonese pop star Eason Chan's world tour, Fear and Dreams, came to an end in Macao on Sunday.
This epic journey, which began in 2019, spanned seven years and over 180 performances worldwide.
To celebrate the tour's success, a digital album Fear and Dreams, recorded from the live show, will be released on major music platforms on Aug 25.

This digital album features the complete set list from the final concert in Macao, a collection of 31 rearranged songs that not only capture Chan's emotional journey over the years but also take audiences on a ride from the "end-of-world fear to the light of hope".
From its official announcement on Oct 10, 2019, to its final performance in Macao on Sunday, the Fear and Dreams tour crossed seven years, two continents, and 182 stages. Chan's performance in Macao lasted over four hours and was packed with heartfelt emotion. In addition to his usual hit songs, he responded to the audience's roaring cheers by delivering 12 additional encores, including the iconic songs King of Karaoke, Your Backpack, and Shi Dai Qu ("Song of the Era"), from the album he released 29 years ago.
The upcoming digital album will give fans the opportunity to relive this unique concert experience.
In his decades-long career, Chan has released over 20 albums and achieved more than 150 chart-topping singles.
