Chinese art-themed China Eastern aircraft completes debut flight

The ancient Chinese arts themed aircraft completed its first flight on May 7 departing from the Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport and landing at the Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport in Southwest China's Sichuan province, where it was welcomed with a conventional water salute. The special themed jetliner is scheduled to operate a number of international routes from Shanghai to global destinations including Venice of Italy and Cairo of Egypt in 2025 with its cabin update the cultural relics theme content regularly.

Reservations for experience follow-up themed flights are available at the official website of China Eastern.
