BEIJING -- At the invitation of President of the Dominican Republic Luis Abinader, President Xi Jinping's Special Envoy and Minister of Industry and Information Technology Jin Zhuanglong will attend Abinader's second-term inauguration on Aug 16 in Santo Domingo, foreign ministry spokesperson Lin Jian announced on Tuesday.
