Aluminum factory blast kills two in Fujian

An explosion accident occurred in an aluminium factory in East China's Fujian province on Tuesday, killing two and injuring another one, said the local emergency management authorities in a statement on Wednesday.
The accident happened at a workshop of Fenan Aluminium, a manufacturer from the province's Fuqing city, on Tuesday afternoon, according to Fuqing bureau of emergency management.
Rescuers arrived at the site immediately and brought three wounded people from the ruins. Two of them died despite rescue attempts, and another one was taken to the hospital for treatment and was in stable condition without any life-threatening risks.
Presently, the investigation into the accident and relevant follow-up work are being urgently handled.
