A delegation of 19 travel agents from Switzerland, Austria and Spain arrived in Guiyang, Guizhou province, on Saturday for six days of research on the province's popular tourism routes and products. They will gather information and consult with Guizhou on how to support the development of inbound tourism.
The delegates' journey began with a visit to Qingyan Ancient Town in Guiyang. With a history of more than 600 years, the town features exquisite buildings from the Ming and Qing dynasties (1368-1911). Within the town, well-preserved stone-slab lanes and archways testify to past glory.
