Vice-chairman of Xizang regional government under probe

BEIJING -- Wang Yong, vice-chairman of the government of Southwest China's Xizang autonomous region, is under disciplinary and supervisory investigation, according to an official statement on Monday.
Wang is being investigated by the Communist Party of China Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Commission of Supervision for suspected serious violation of Party discipline and laws.
