Farmers reap bountiful harvest of red kiwis Guizhou

Farmers are busy harvesting red kiwi fruit in the orchards of Liupanshui, Guizhou province. The kiwis planted there were expected be on the market by mid-August.
Liupanshui has an ideal climate for growing red kiwifruit, with its subtropical conditions, clean air and fertile soil.
In Miluo township of Shuicheng district in Liupanshui, nearly 2,667 hectares are planted with red kiwis.
Taking advantage of the fine weather, visitors enjoyed the fun of picking kiwis. Fruit farmers were also busy harvesting the fruit and shipping it to market.
