House collapses in rainstorm; 3 killed, 2 hurt

Three people were killed and 2 injured when a house collapsed during rainstorm in Hengnan county, Hengyang of Hunan province, on Sunday afternoon.
Strong wind caused a vacant house where 7 people were taking shelter from rain to fall down in Leyu village, according to the county's publicity department.
Local firefighting, emergency and medical departments rushed to the site and moved all the injured people to hospital. However, 3 seriously injured people died.
Further investigation is underway.
