This assembly attracts people in higher education from all over the world, in particular from the Chinese mainland. That creates a venue for people in the mainland, Macao and Hong Kong to connect. This conference will enhance policy implementation and the practice of English education in Macao, because Macao is multilingual. Chinese, Portuguese and English are spoken here.
