American youth explores origin of Chinese folk song

In the 1970s, Kangding Love Song was chosen as one of the "World's 10 of the Most Representative Songs" by NASA and was played on the "Voyager 2" spacecraft when it reached outer space.

Luke, a Princeton University graduate and a fluent Mandarin speaker, came to Sichuan Kangding to discover the folk song's stories and the cultural charms behind it.
